Sony Ericsson W610i Reviews:
Cnet Reviewed Sony Ericsson W610i and gave out “
The good:
* Good sound quality
* Easy to use Walkman
* FM radio
* Stylish design
The bad:
* Tiny buttons are difficult to use
* Earbuds won’t fit all ears
The bottomline:
Although it’s not a 3G handset, the W660i is an excellent music phone we’d have no hesitation in recommending.”
Pocket-lint Reviewed Sony Ericsson W610i and gave out “The good:2 megapixel camera, large screen, blogging tool, TrackID software.Measuring 14mm against the W880i’s 9.4mm, the W610i carries almost all of the same features as the W880i including that 2 megapixel camera, a thin, almost prickly to use keypad and the now iconic black and orange colour scheme.The bad:Keypad prickly to use, nothing out of the ordinary.”
Trusted Reviews Reviewed Sony Ericsson W610i and gave out “With a 3.5mm jack just past the microphone, you could use your own earphones instead of Sony Ericsson’s in-ear buds. You can also use your own earphones with the built in FM radio as the antenna for that is in the section of the headset that connects to the handset.The camera, It captures stills at resolutions up to 2.0 megapixels which is a little low-key for Sony Ericsson. Its twin LED flash can be used as a very effective torch. There is a macro mode and also an infinity setting for the focus. The autofocusing system takes a short time to kick in when you press the shutter button on the right edge of the casing, but the pictures themselves are reasonably sharp.”
Cnet.uk Reviewed Sony Ericsson W610i and gave out “The W610i is a solid, rather than outstanding Walkman handset. It has great music features and good connectivity, but the screen isn’t as impressive as you would find on the premium Walkman phones and its buttons can be fiddly to use. However, if you like the W880i, but can’t quite afford it, this phone would still be a good second choice.”
