SIM card rejected??—by Zalo

If my SIM card(prepaid and with Telstra) has been rejected Can I just go to a Telstra shop to get a new SIM card if so will I be able to keep my old phone number and how much will it cost?Thankyou

Yes you can have the same number, most probably your sim card was old or your sim card is dysfuntional at this point in time. Usually they charge you for a SIM Replacement, however that charge is very low.. So dont worry and simply go to their customer service center and ask them to give you the sim replacement form
