Samsung U600 Collection By digitalBoy:
The Samsung U600 is part of the new Ultra Edition II range. Measuring an incredible 10.9mm, the Samsung U600 may be thin on size but it is not thin on features.

It’s a pretty well specified phone - the Samsung U600 has a 2.2″ 240×320 pixel display, a 3.2 megapixel camera, microSD expandable memory (with 60MB available internally), a multimedia player capable of playing back MP3, AAC and WMA formats, a web browser and email client plus assorted messaging enhancements.

Samsung U600 Reviews:

CNET Reviewed Samsung U600 and gave out “The good: Slim design; large screen; 3.2-megapixel camera. The bad: Touch-sensitive keys don’t give much tactile feedback; lack of built-in 3.5mm headphone jack or adapter; no Xenon flash on the camera. The bottom line: Samsung has made yet another ultrathin phone that doesn’t skimp on features. Key are the 3.2-megapixel camera with autofocus and an easy-to-use music player. Our only niggles with the U600 are the lack of 3G connectivity and the touch-sensitive keys that some people might find annoying.”

3G Reviewed Samsung U600 and gave out “The feature rich U600 plays multiple audio formats including MP3, AAC, AAC+, e-AAC+, and WMA. You can utilise the U600’s Bluetooth capabilities with a wireless stereo headset, allowing you to remotely control your music player, or transfer your music at fast speeds using USB 2.0.The main attributes of the camera are 3.2 megapixels, Digital zoom x4, LED flash, autofocus, fullsize portrait/ landscape view, single / multi / Mosaic shot, white balance / ISO. A very impressive list indeed. The maximun resolution for the camera is 2048 x 1536 pixels.”

MobileBurn Reviewed Samsung U600 and gave out “In terms of wireless connectivity, the U600 supports GPRS, EDGE, and Bluetooth 2.0. The device usually has no problem exchanging data with a computer via Bluetooth, but error messages do pop up every now and then. Headset pairing and A2DP stereo both worked as expected. It managed to squeeze a decent 3.2 megapixel CMOS camera with autofocus lens and LED flash into this super slim phone. A self-portrait mirror is also in place in case you need it. “

LetsGoMobile Reviewed Samsung SGH-U600 and gave out “The operation of the menu is intuitive and fast. Of course there is some room for improvement. It has a good quality camera and makes sharp and clear photos, if you do not want to photograph fast-moving subjects or photograph under poor lighting conditions. It has a high quality MP3 player that allows you to enjoy listening to your music. Unfortunately you cannot use your favourite headphones, though; you have to use the Samsung headphones. The high-quality screen unfortunately has a reflecting coating which makes it impossible to recognize anything on the screen in direct sunlight.”
