The SGH-J700 is 14.7mm thin, with a glossy mirror-like surface and a 2″ TFT display. It has a multimedia and FM player and can record video, has a 1.3 megapixel camera, and Bluetooth and USB connectivity.

I liked this phone, i do not want to complain but there should be some changing..1)the pin provided for charging and listening through wire,we have to pull the pin cover which becomes a problem to keep in the pocket. ..2)i did not find FM Recorder in SGH-J700…3)speaker sound is not enough for listening mp3 or fm…4)we cannot copy any pictures while using browser.
Otherwise it is a very successful set,only you have to reach information into the common public.It will be better to reach through colleges because students will like most.

I would like to share the bad experience with Samsung, and hope to create awareness to avoid similar situation.
-There are sound blanks all the time for at 5sec-19sec.The other party could hear you but it goes blank out time and again and eventually cuts the call.
-Sent for servicing twice, but nothing was solve, and repair takes 2 weeks, it just got worse.
-Worst part is, Samsung customer service totally brush it off to a “relevant department” and never reply your mail eversince, regardless of countless mail to justify the unwarranted products.
-it is simply a one time sales. Samsung is irresponsible for their faulty products, does not honor their warranty as they are not able to rectify the problem, zero service recovery as they had vanished with your money.
-Samsung is the worst brand that I had used so far, totally unexpected for an MNC company, please take serious consideration as they are lots of similar complaints in some reviews.
