The same powerhouse performance you’ll find in the Ultimate 6150, and, of course, the same shortcomings. If you plan to write a lot of messages and e-mails we think you’ll appreciate the keypad.
The device’s unique XGA video-out, which terminates in a 15-pin analog VGA cable and a mono mini jack for audio, lets you hook up a larger monitor for office work.
The i-mate Ultimate 8150 is a chunky, black touch-screen handset with a standard phone keypad, a jog wheel on the left-hand side, and a joystick embedded between the 2, 3, 5, and 6 keys.
The i-mate Ultimate 8150 looks pretty nice and boasts some great specs. It runs on Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.0 Professional and features WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity.
The phone operates on WCDMA/HSDPA 850/1900/2100 MHz and quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE networks. Internal memory includes 256MB ROM and 128MB RAM. Memory expansion is available via a microSD card slot.
Other features include a 2-megapixel camera with flash, autofocus, 4x digital zoom and the camera is video call capable. The screen is a 2.6-inch touchscreen and the phone has a built-in FM tuner. A video output is also available for output to projectors and secondary displays for Office applications included on the phone.

The i-mate Ultimate 9502 weighs 200 grams and measures 116 x 60 x 18mm. That’s slightly lighter than the E90 and a fair amount more compact.
Ultimate 9502 has a 3.0 megapixel auto-focus camera and a very nice 2.8 inch VGA touch-screen with a 640×480 resolution. Its 39-key Qwerty keypad is hidden under the display, which slides to unveil the keypad.
The bigger keyboard is much more comfortable than the i-mate 8502’s one. The VGA display allows a good Windows Remote Desktop experience (if you sight allows) and is simply better in general.
