The device loads in about 30 seconds time. It’s got over 100 MBs of free RAM after fully loaded. The 400 Mhz CPU is very much visibly so faster than the 200 Mhz that my older QTek has.

OSNews Reviewed HTC P4550 Kaiser and gave out “Overall, this is a great smartphone. Possibly the best Windows Mobile phone in the market today for the price. It is not as sweet as an iPhone, but it is a phone that can definitely “do more” as there are over 20,000 applications for that platform. And that’s a big plus.
Pros:
* Triband 3G
* GPS
* WiFi
* Good autofocus camera
* Plenty of RAM
* Handy Today plugin
Cons:
* No flash light
* No FM radio
* Keyboard not easy to type
* USB port for headphones is non-standard”

The amount of storage capacity included as standard is, however, more generous at 256MB. After loading it up with email and contact info, there was 120.41MB left over for files, and 66.21MB left for applications.

TrustedReviews Reviewed HTC P4550 Kaiser and gave out “With the P4550, HTC has taken what was already a competent smartphone and thought really hard about how to make it better. The result is a handset that does pretty much everything you could possibly want a handset to do.
It’ll work anywhere in the world, has fast data connections, a qwerty keyboard for fast and comfortable messaging, a tilting screen and even a GPS receiver for satellite navigation. Most importantly HTC has managed to package it all up in a highly usable, well-constructed and not-too-tubby package.”

The most striking thing about the HTC TyTN II is its screen. This is, initially, a fairly standard, 240 x 320-pixel, 2.8-inch display.

ITReviews Reviewed HTC P4550 Kaiser and gave out “It is the tilting screen that steals the show as far as the HTC TyTN II is concerned, but there are other factors that draw us to it as well. The plentiful features, good mini keyboard and software extras all add up to make the TyTN II a strong contender in today’s mobile device arena.”
