I wants to connect my land line with PC for calling by PC, How it is possible? please tell where i can get sW?—by ashok k

I know that we can connect phone line with computer, but how i can call from my PC with land line?

Your PC will need to have a Voice Modem installed.
The modem will have two RJ-11 connectors on it…. one for connecting to the PSTN land-line source, and one for connecting to your telephone.Then, all you need is PSTN telephone software installed in your PC for dialling out, call pick-up, voice-mail, pre-recording of messages, etc.

NCH Swift Sound has a wide range of software for integrating with PSTN (public switched telephone network) telephone lines. They also have VoIP soft-phone software.
