Supposedly designed with people in mind, the home screen offering the usual array of Windows Mobile 6 at a glance information such as appointments, email and weather, however it did take us some time to get to grips with the scrolling swiping element
Pocket-lint Reviewed HTC Touch and gave out “Fitting in the palm of your hand and certainly having a nice build quality feel to it, the only other element to adorn the design is the 2 megapixel camera on the rear of the device.This is a smartphone that will let you reply to messages, but to be honest is more of a check to see what messages have come through rather than suggesting you write lengthy replies - that’s what HTC’s Ameo is for.”

The Shine is one of most obvious examples of the triumph of design over usability that I’ve seen in a long while. It looks stunning, but is simply too difficult to use.
Trusted Reviews Reviewed LG KE970 and gave out “The autofocus system was very fiddly to use. The small side button for controlling the camera only has to be pressed the tiniest amount for autofocus to kick in, then you have to wait a bit and fully press the shutter without moving the phone to take your shot. Shooting stills outdoors was a challenge because it was difficult to see the screen in bright daylight. Images were often over exposed too – the daffodils, shot on a bright spring morning, lack clarity.”

Call quality was quite clear, with little distortion or feedback. Voices sounded natural, and we enjoyed enough volume.The 2.0 megapixel camera outshines (no pun intended) the Chocolate’s shooter in many ways.
